Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anyone know if this beastie - http://www.ebay.com/itm/ATARI-PLUG-AND-PLAY-JOYSTICK-CONTROLLER-RCA-PLUGS-AND-PRELOADED-GAMES-NICE-/121068280673 - is likely to be one of those that only works with NTSC TVs or is it likely to be usable over here?

From what little I know this shouldn't be a problem, but I thought it would be worth checking out.

Are there other versions of this (with different games) or is this the only version?

    Cheers,

    z

[edit] - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atari_(Jakks_Pacific) - indicates there's only one version. I wonder if there are later ones from other manufacturers which might support other games. I have the Atari iOS app which has the ROMs for a load of 2600 games - it would be cool if they could be loaded on a joystick like this.

The eBay one would most likely be a NTSC so not play well with a normal TV unless you have a TV which handles NTSC just fine.

The Atari Flashback 2 can be modded to add a cartridge slot
