Berlin marathon is the target, no idea of time yet. I took December and January off for various reasons but am slowly getting back on track and this week should see me get up to about 50k for the week. Next 6 weeks will be all easy as I build a base. Berlin marathon is the target, no idea of time yet.
I took December and January off for various reasons but am slowly getting back on track and this week should see me get up to about 50k for the week.
