    Hi there ,
I understand everyone must be sick to death of mortgage advice stuff , but if somebody has any information i would really appreciate it .
I have requested my terms and conditions from ptsb which i received but not the full copy for my mortgage . The "Special Conditions" page is only the brief outline of these , as in-" A . GENERAL MORTGAGE LOAN APPROVAL CONDITION 5
, CONDITIONS RELATING TO FIXED LOANS "
It does not explain in full what this condition means ? I am going to write again to request the full copy . Just wondered if anyone already has done this with them . MY fixed rate is up in September and have been fixing since 2004 but have no idea if i was ever on a tracker originally . Thanks for reading this  and hopefully someone can help

The solicitor who looked after your purchase should have a copy of the full loan agreement on file if you are having no luck getting it from the bank.
