    For question 4, surely most people dont choose an estate agent, they choose a house that they happen to be renting/selling?

    talk about a waste of time. You could at least specify its for renters.

    some of the question options are therefore stupid.

    question 4 and 5 dont have an option if you dont use a real estate agent ie deal directly with landlord....

    Its telling you f**k all because you have not identified your audience at all, your questions haven't been thought out and your answer options hugely overlap or do not cover all realistic possibilities.

    Your response makes it sound like this laughably thrown together survey's only purpose is to provide a 'source' to back up a pre-decided point of view that your "show" is putting forth.
