Hello everyone I am an Irish citizen who is in receipt of disability income from the US. Its under the tax threshold for paye etc, but I would like to somehow be "official" in Ireland. Is there somewhere I can register as disabled in Ireland without applying for disability income? Do I need to file tax returns in Ireland?…

Is there somewhere I can register as disabled in Ireland without applying for disability income?
Do I need to file tax returns in Ireland? I would be a couple of years behind at this state.
