Slow Broadband Speeds - Athlone.

    Hi,
    I'm living in Athlone but my broadband speeds are very slow. On a good day I'm getting ~1.47Mbs download speed.
    Is it possible for my line to be moved onto a NGB exchange or are there any details of when this will be happening for my area.
    Also is my line connected to the Athlone or Bealnamulla/Monksland exchange and would my speeds improve if I was connected to the Monksland exchange (house is closer to Monksland)?
