By what I see here, the visa are gone :( but why are USIT still accepting applications? If there all gone anyway, when can I apply again? and when in 2014 could you move if all things go right? Thanks :)

your looking at probaly between jan/feb 2014 before you can apply and you should be able to move in march or April depending on when the visa is issued:D
