WP7 and Windows 8 laptop - Zune

I upgraded to Windows 8 on my laptop when it came out, however I had to do a system refresh as I was having problems with the laptop crashing. As a result all of my software was deleted. Including zune. Now my Omnia7 wont talk to the laptop and I cant seem to download the zune software from the marketplace. Am I being fick?

run in W7 compatibility mode if you have any problems but should work fine
