Selling a shell company

I have an old company which is carrying forward losses of around €30K.

Currently I have no need for this company. I have taken the assets out of it so basically it's a shell.

If I were to sell this company to someone that could use these tax losses to offset their own profits how much could I expect to receive from the sale ?

    TIA

    Hi

There is specific anti avoidence legislation to prevent loss buying such as this.

The company is worthless as the losses relate to a different trade.
