Pimple On Bottom Lip/Spider Bites

Okay so today i want to go get spider bites. i have a pimple on the bottom right side of my lip (touching my lip). i popped it 2 or 3 days ago and was wondering if its safe to get my spider bites on that side? The pimple is no longer there just the mark from when i popped it.
