    Hey all,

    If anyone is interested, 3 male professionals (mature:D) living in a house in Newmarket-On-Fergus, Co.Clare. Its a 4 bed house and we are soon to lose one of the three.

    House is in Lough Gash Estate, a lovely, modern detached 4 bed house in a quiet area.
    Its only 5mins from Shannon, 10mins from Ennis and 15mins from Limerick City and so could be perfect for anyone who doesn't mind a short commute.

    It is a single room with built in wardrobe and a large shared bathroom with one other. €250 euro per month. TV and Internet is in the house and is an extra €17 euro per month. Well worth viewing if anyone is interested in the area.
