    I am considering going into the coffee trade for corporate events. I wont go into too much of the business detail for obvious reasons but I before I take that step I want to know if I can take a training course in batch brewing filter coffee. The machines I have considered are the Fetco or Marco. I want to be able to deliver the highest possible quality on a consistent basis from a filter brewer.

    Does anyone know where I can get training on this, private classes would be preferable but dont have a problem with group classes if that's the form they come in.
