    Hi does anybody know how to make a really nice schzuan sauce like you get in a Chinese lve tried the ones from the supermarket but they are totally different its my favourite and it never is called tomato shezuan one the menu like it is on labels in the supermarket

    What you need is the Chinese Recipes. Ask And You Shall Receive thread.
    There are szechuan recipes in there if you search, and if none of them are what you're looking for you can ask the OP.
