Recommend a bag to wear whilst running

Hi,

Can someone recommend a good bag to wear while I run?

I usually cycle to work, cycle home, and then rush straight out the door for an after work run. This sometimes puts me under time pressure so I thought running to and from work a couple of days would be a good solution. The only thing is, I need to bring a bag to work with my lunch and various other things. I've tried running (short distances - not actual runs) with bags before, though, and they've just been jiggling about all over the place and throwing my balance off.

I'm looking for one that will strap tightly to my back/chest/stomach and won't move about too much. Any suggestions/recommendations welcome!

I have a Deuter bag that I am very satisfied with. It fits gear/runners, a small towel/microfiber towel and toiletries. They are all pretty well packed in, but that's what you need, to stop bouncing inside the bag when you're moving.
I also use it to carry a DSLR and extra lens (packed with some towels for protection).

no need to go any bigger - you'd be surprised how much you can fit in and you don't want to be carrying a lot of weight in any case. you want things to be tight inside as other poster said. these bags have a second small zipped pocket at top for easy access to keys etc.

i have this one. I just used to bring lunch, phone and stuff like that. Too small for shoes etc so left them at work. Most of them have a built in rain cover as its Ireland. A really great bag.
