    I have just had a phonecall from BOI refusing to restructure a loan. 
    This follows a letter of offer and a financial statement sent in by me to BOI.

    There was even a suggestion that I default on another debt so I can continue to give BOI full payment..

    Can you tell me what steps BOI follow to recover money?

    We are sorry to hear your loan application has not gone as smoothly for you as you would have hoped.

    As your application was processed in your branch, please contact the Lending Advisor, if you have not done so already, who will look into this further for you and appeal the decision, if possible.

    Unfortunately it is not possible for us to discuss the steps followed to recover money here.
