    Good Afternoon,
    We have just received our statement. The statement advises that we are being charged €1.12 for ATM/DEBIT CARD transactions form the period  19th November 2012 to 15th Febuary 2013.
    We are extremely curious as to how this can be as we do not have a ATM/Debit card for this account and have not had one for quite some number of years.
    Please explain this charge as soon as possible.

    We do not have account access here to check why this charge would have applied. You can get this information by calling your branch or Banking 365 on 0818 365 365. Alternatively, if you are registered for Banking 365 online, you can send a Secure Message. Please note if you do send a Secure Message, they have a 3 day response time for queries.
