    Hi, I held a small Sterling account with Anglo Irish a number of years ago for less than €1,000. When I closed the account I had €400 left in the account and as they hold no cash IRBC gave me a cheque for €400. I lodged the cheque last week and my bank (boi) have come back today to say they won’t honour the cheque… is it just hard luck and my money is gone? Did this happen to anyone else?
