i have tablet from scroll options 7" with android 2.1 version. can i upgrade the operating system to latest version which supports adobe flash player

What tablet have you got?eg archos 10, its not usually possible to do this unless theres an update provided by the company,eg samsung, ,archos.
The hardware may not be powerful enough to run the latest android os.
i installed a mod on my archos to get a newer version of flash.

Some tablets have flash installed ,you have to check before you buy.
Though it may not be the latest version, its usually listed in the specs sheets, eg ram,sdcard,flash
10 etc
Look on google play store, search flash,you may able to download a more up to date version.

What model tablet have you got, the latest os,would need more ram, faster cpu,
probably than your tablet ,has.
eg dual core cpu. eg galaxy tab 1 has 512meg ram.

My phone doesn,t have enough ram ,to run some games on google play.
I just use the webrowser,youtube on it ,runs android 2.2,samsung mini.284 Meg ram.
i,ve no wish to spend 300 plus euro on a phone,or tablet.
i,ll probably buy a better phone, in 6 months,that has 512meg ram.
ready to go samsung 70 euro approx.
The is mini upgradeable to gingerbread.os.
it can open about 10 tabs,websites in opera browser.

70euro,7 inch.
Read reviews re battery life,specs before you buy anything.

No, it needs 2.2,os, you have 2.1
Maybe sell your tablet on www.adverts.ie
,buy one that has a more up to date version of android,

This won,t load on your table.
even on my archos,with flash,10, flash is unstable,
not all websites work,
Or just buy windows xp,laptop,
pentium 4,1gig ram.dvd.cdrw,drive,15inch screen.
cost 65 - 70 euro,

For that price, the battery will likely need replacing.

The cpu on your tablet is probably too slow,
eg android 4 needs fast cpu, probably 512 meg ram to run properly.

how to check my cpu & ram
just i want to connect my tab in to tv using hdmi, to see web tv,i can place the tab easily up on the tv, if laptop the kids may pull it down

not enough ram, to run os 4, no point in installing it anyway.on that tablet,
MY ADVICE is buy a tablet,adverts .ie 7inch, that has os android,3,
or buy a new tablet ,70 euro,that has mini hdmi out.
