i started with 17m aswel and brought in over 30 players and still have over 12m in the bank.

although, the players I brought in aren't gonna win the Champions League. But they have been doing ok in div 3 so far.

I've 2 bids @ 10m, one @ 8.5m and one player asked me not to move until he makes a bid(completing an outbound deal currently)(2 of the 3 current bids had asked me the same).

I'll keep you updated ...

[if the bids all come in @ 10m teams are going to have to revise bids as I wont decide who deserves to get the player over another team - wouldnt want the deal reported ]

I'm not making any accusations but I reckon Newcastle may have reported it. They were bidding on Martin. A lot lower than what he went for.

From experience they tend to cancel the deals for either (a) same IP address or (b) they just sort of assume it is dodgy. It seems to me that they likely found this one dodgy and just cancelled. I don't think you can even appeal; at least I've never seen that happen. I'd just accept it and move on. I've seen fairly normal deals blocked too and we could never figure it out.
