Yes I think that will be managers goals..they know IF they succeed with there own clubs and do a good job then sooner or later a chance too manage a top team will come along..maybe not even a top top team but a team a division or two above with better players

Sevilla lost 4 - 2 to Atlético Madrid in a thrilling The Boards.ie League Cup Round 3 encounter.

Was 2-0 up with my reserves playing and then the next 4 chances for Atlético all resulted in goals. Gutted!

A week after losing to Barcelona on penalties.

My lads not happy with some of the refereeing decisions.....

Surprised I went through my team is in a shocking state. Then when I've a fully fit team/no suspended players I lose 6-0

if you upgrade to 'GOLD Manager' do you manage your team in the SMFA Shield Group?

Does the SMFA Shield affect you're players fitness for the league and cups if you are managing the team as a gold manager in all 3? In my other GW im in the SMFA Shield and my assistant takes my team in this, it doesnt seems to affect my players condition...

Want to go Gold Manager but would hate for it to upset my Newcastle team in the other GW

Nope SMFA competitions dont affect your team.But if your goldmanager you can manage them and National teams also!

We have been drawn together in round 4, Bordeaux v Genoa.

I've knocked out Man Utd and Real Madrid on penalties after a bye in Round One,

I have a feeling it is my year
