A clubs net worth is their balance + the value of there players. So lets say the average premier league club net worth is 60 million. A small team gets promoted who have a net worth of 20 million, they would get a 10 million investment from the chairman to bring them up to 50% of the average which would be added to their balance.

I knew you would be playing your young lads and reserves as I had saw they thrashed Ajax in the previous round. So I said no point in tiring my first team, I thought you would have still gone through too so was surprised at the result.

But they have thrown all the good vibes away at home against Rangers!
