I had him in anther game world as well, to be honest he is a good solid 7-8 every game, I'd reconsider that!

A player I am watching just had about 3-4 bids put in on him, I can't do anything until I know about my own bids.

The recent bids that went in (last 2-3 hours) will they be accepted about 15 mins time or will they hold off for 24 hours? i.e. give me at least a shot at getting him

They should be accepted around this time tomorrow so you'll have a chance to bid on him
