Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Just looking for some info about meditation retreats in Ireland, preferably a 3 - 7 day course. Any info would be of great help. Cheers.

    they run various retreats from one day meditation practice
    to full on one week retreats

    Dzogchen Beara outside Castletownbere in Cork. It's a long drive if you don't live in the southwest but well worth it. Have been on a few retreats there and they are always well run - and full of interesting people!
