More houses?

Can anyone tell me if more houses are going to be built next to Harmony Hill in Letterkenny? I was there today for the first time and was surprised to see building site signs and gates there.
I thought all new developments had stopped.

I don't think they ever came down there, been there since the estate opened AFAIK.

That's not a new application just applying for an extension of duration on an existing 2007 application so that it's kept valid and the permission doesn't run out.
