Best approach for this kind of system?

    Hi folks,
    I want to set up a site that follows this kind of system

    Clients can visit a page on the site and can choose to purchase 'credits'. As long as their account has credits, they are legible for receiving a lead from the site.

    One lead = one credit.

    Sending a lead would be done manually and the recipient's account would have to be deducted one credit.

    As an example;
    User A has 3 credits
    User B has 5 credits
    User C has 2 credits

    Users A and C are deemed suitable for the lead. User A is offered first, but is unavailable. User C is offered the lead and is available. User C is sent the lead and is deducted one credit, such that;

    User A has 3 credits
    User B has 5 credits
    User C has 1 credit

    I'm hoping someone might know an existing solution that could handle this type of set up, or maybe you'd have a suggestion on how best to build it?

    Any help would be brilliant.
