Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Issue with multiple phone nos assigned to 1 contact

    I have issues sending text messages to Contacts were multiple numbers are assigned to a single contact.
    One of my contacts has two mobiles but alternates between both. Messages from both phones show up on the same screen, but if I reply to his most recent text, it often gives a sending error.
    It's as if by replying, I am using an invalid no.
    Is there any way around this?

    Sounds like one of the numbers is wrong. Check the country code if its there is correct.

    I keep different numbers as separate contacts.

    keeping them all as one screws up when transferring contacts to other devices like a non smart phone for example.
