O2 Hotspot problems

    Hi All
    I recently got an O2 Hotspot broadband and am having a few problems.I sometimes can't connect to websites & if it does connect the pictures/images don't show.I never had any problems with WiFi connections so I don't think its my Mac laptop.Theres full strength bars showing at all times.
    Any ideas?
    I'm not a techie so not sure what to check.
