Adding a loan account to 365

    Hi folks,

    I have a BOI personal loan and I am trying to add it to my 365 account to monitor it. However it is not given as an option in the "add account" field. Any idea how I can add this?

    Hi Johnnio13,

    You should be able to add it over the phone with a Banking 365 representative by calling 0818 365 365. Alternatively you can send a request using Secure Messaging on 365 online with the account number you wish to add. If you are sending it through Secure Messaging, please remember the have a three working day turnaround time to action the request.
