cost of registering a company

    i want to register a student accommodation company asap. someone said that it costs in the region of 300-500 euro. i think this is a ridiculous price. what exactly to they do to justify that price?

    Google for company formations agent. To do it yourself will cost e100 and take a few weeks. Agents can do it much quicker, for e150+. The reason they can do it better is they are registered as agents and have access to a special online facility.

    There are lots of formations agents competing on price, so you can definitely get it done for less then e300. If you insist on doing it yourself, realise that it's a lot of hassle with a lot of tedious stuff to fill out.

    If the company is a non profit company then you may need to form a specialist company or a company limited by guarantee which is not run of the mill or standard and you would expect to pay more.
