Zelda in general is brilliant. They're all brilliant. It's my favourite franchise of all time, although Super Metroid is my favourite game of all time. Skyward Sword is a turd, sorry but it is. So many things are wrong with it. As games go in general it's probably passable but as a Zelda title it stinks.

Ive seen many varying degrees things said about Skyward Sword. None even close to it being a 'turd' though. As a game it's superb, as a Zelda game it's really good. I would even say some of the puzzle mechanics in it are some of the best in a Zelda title.

CeX in Santry have a copy. Picked up Monster Hunter Wii U for €20 earlier there myself. You can buy it from them online.

Completely agree. But if the controls make it unplayable, then unfortunately it's a turd.

Actually quick question, does anyone know if the knock-off wiimote+ controllers could be to blame for my awful experience with that game? The gamestop guy assured me they were just as good as the real thing...

To be honest the only control issue I has was with bombs. I never had any other problems with the controls and really enjoyed the game.

Same as me. Bombs took a little getting used to but had no problem with the controls. I'd actually find not using those controls to take away from the experience actually. Really is a great game.

I wouldn't say €240 is a bargain. I got a Zelda Wii U with Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for €150. That's 2 games and €90 cheaper and it had the receipt for all.
