Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You need another solicitor to advise you.

If a mistake was made, you can ask about an appeal. Otherwise, you can ask about when you apply to get back your licence.

If you need to find another solicitor, see here.

We are not allowed to give legal advice here, so I can't answer that question, unfortunately.

However, if you have a new solicitor, you should give him a ring, mention all of the relevant facts and ask him.

If a barrister is going to be engaged, you could also ask him on the day of the appeal.
