Ive recently being getting into opera. Im looking forward to seeing Carmen in UL shortly. I listen to music a lot and mostly opera these days, I especially love Italian opera (and Italian food and drink!)....
just wandering, in a town (we are not really large enough to be a city) like Limerick, which is rugby mad, is there anybody else like me, who likes opera?
Is there, in fact, a Limerick opera society?
I know that there is a Limerick Choral Society, and Im really looking forward to their Easter performance in ULCH shortly.....

thanks but this would not be my cup of tea at all.
I was hoping that somebody might respond with feedback as to whether there is or is not an opera society in Limerick, and if there is not, would there be any interest in setting one up?
