Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Contact number for ASOS Customer Care

    Hi all,

    I am looking for a phone number for ASOS customer care team or even any number for ASOS would do at this stage.

    There's nothing on their website, only a contact form, but I need a number.

    I don't think they have a contact number, everything has to be done through email.
    They have a twitter account called Asos Here to Help https://twitter.com/ASOS_HeretoHelp and they answer queries there. They used to have a facebook page with same name but it seems to have disappeared. They still have their normal facebook page https://www.facebook.com/ASOS?ref=ts&fref=ts and they do answer queries there too.
    It is hard to get in touch with them!
