any word on Fran? No run splits yet?

    Looks like

    Swim 56:20
    Bike 6:34

    T2 31 mins???

Hoping not an issue and a timing problem.

Others ahead in ag are only in first lap or so of run so hopefully hes out there now too.

    He is on the run!
Made it to turn 1 so still out there and 30th in AG at mo.

    Does look like he had a v long t2 - toilet/cramp/emotional issue :D

Seems to have plowed on so hopefully straight through run now.

JB seems to be making up a lot of places on the run. 125th M out of T2, now 96th well into the run.

Just a nightmare day and no positives to take from it, i was flat as a pancake out there. Cannot keep this up any more, taking a break for a while! Thanks for the support and well done to Liam & Matt on AG win and Owen on 2nd, well deserved.

Mailed you already buddy and nothing more to add but please keep your head up, it isn't the end of the world and you are in what I'd imagine is a magnificent place, take it in and experience what it has to offer.
