Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Any idea of how many of the Financial Ombudsman's decisions end up in the High court and if so how many get overturned?

there are no financial regulators overseeing Ireland's economy. The central bank and the Financial Services Ombudsman do not know the laws of Ireland. The Garda are not enforcing economic crime laws. You get your money back meaning you are lefted with a large bill of costs banks made a profit for using your money. 99 % of cases to Financial Services Ombudsman and courts concerning banking crime result in the victim losing large sums of money in work not paid and paying solictors and others.
