Lineups as expected really. Ade up front for Spurs

@ESPNFC: Arsenal team to face Spurs: Szczesny, Jenkinson, Mertesacker, Vermaelen, Monreal, Ramsey, Arteta, Wilshere, Cazorla, Walcott, Giroud

@paddypower: #Spurs XI v Arsenal: Lloris; Walker, Dawson, Vertonghen, Assou-Ekotto; Dembele, Parker; Lennon, Sigurdsson, Bale; Adebayor #THFC #AFC #NLD

Is that Siggy's first start in a while for Spurs?

Not sure. I know Dempsey's out injured though. Can see an Arsenal win today. Must-win game for them. Usually goals in these games anyway

2-2 please, with Bale and Walcott being involved in all the goals.

Arsenal looking the more likely to score at the minute.

I was thinking about Monreal for DGW but not a chance the way they are playing at th minute.

They have to chase the game now so hopefully Bale grabs another.

Bale and Lennon! Been a unreal week for me.

Last time I take a risk on captain. All my front 8 have scored 3 or more. Except my captain Lambert

Young Bale, you know better to be taking advice from the likes of Rory.

Off with you, boy. More goals.

Aresnal are shot,Walcott is on the bye bye list....

One is a start. I'll take it. Two would be a huge bonus.

If Bale can return a clean sheet now too, he's guaranteed 8 points plus maybe bonus.

That's only 6 less than Suarez so not too bad. Suarez is guaranteed 3 bonus though.

There should be more goals for Spurs in this game. Bale is playing on the shoulder of the last defender and hopefully he'll punish Arsenal again.

I should gain on others who have to take points hits this week to field 11 if it stays the way it is anyway.

    indeed.

1 more goal and the damage of Suarez's spree yesterday is basically undone.

He nearly had an assist few minutes ago. If only Ade was more aware. Peach of a cross in.

Could be a Bale own goal... Wasn't going in without his touch...

Is that not a Bale OG?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,317 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

that's literally the worst thing that could happen.

Bale loses clean sheet and it could be an OG.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,251 ✭✭✭✭Lemlin

I think it's a Mertesacker goal. It only took a deflection off Bale.

I'll lose Walcott assist if it is Bale OG.

Replay was on there and I'd say it will.

Ah well. Kick in the nuts.

Walcott assist gone plus Bale loses points.
