Creation Arcade Demolition

    Has work started on the demolition of this does anyone know?

    it is the disused shopping arcade just off Grafton street. part of it borders duke street. I think it is due to be rebuilt as an actual mini shopping centre.

    should be rebuilt pretty quickly I would have thought with some new shops.
