Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Parking fine

    So I got a parking fine recently when on a good smaritan trip into a local bank to lodged some cash in an emergency situation for a friend. Anyway, I parked in an area that had a lot of jeeps/SUVs parked and only when I got the ticket did the penny drop that it was a commercial parking/loading area.

    I was about to pay it online when I noticed that the date on the ticket is incorrect - 4/1/13 instead of 4/2/13.

    Any chance that I might get away with this one? I could really do with not having to pay a fine - tho I know I was in the wrong.:o

    You were in the wrong pay your fine.


    Or, wait until it goes to court. Argue your point, and the judge may let you off, or else the court will update the date and you will then have to pay a larger fine.

    Yeah, dont want to seem a whinger..........but would like to avoid paying if I could :)

    In any case, I just paid.....
