Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mrs Crinklewood has just told me she would like to spend a night with Lloris.

    Your wife watches football?

I have a pair of goalkeepers gloves somewhere. Anyone lend me a Spurs jersey?

Mine said she liked Podolski when he came on. We couldn't have a more different look, should I be worried?:pac:

He got up just now. When Giroud kicked the ball wrong.

wtf is Walcott doing shooting there?!

And if we are going to shoot from the free, then put Cazorla on it.

Yeah, he looked a bit better when he walked off but the replay looked like he'd done the ligaments.

Shocking that Giroud has lasted 90 mins and and that we have nothing decent to to bring on to replace him.

My mate's missus said she thought Chris Samba was hot when we were watching a match a few years back. Burst out laughing. He has his hands full there, and so would she.

As part of the RVP deal, Wenger was allocated Fergie time in the form of 'Fergie Minutes'. They are finite however, so he has to use them sparingly.

And then they will be sacking him. He's only an interim ref anyway.

Just spent 90 minutesz hiding behind the couch didn't even celebrate Bale or Lennons goals I knew it would be nerve racking and I was right.

Delighted with the win though Bale scoring at both ends didn't help!

Really hope that Dembele is ok for next week he's arguably our most important player he's only lost 3 games all season just one in the league against Everton when he came off in the 86th minute and we conceeded twice in injury time.

Spurs worked really hard for that 96mins.

Really struck when the iron was hot and put it beyond the chasing pack today.

3rd place secured and interesting times at Spurs...transfer window will tell a lot about desire to stay amongst the big boys.
Will Bale be held and who will they get in?

I wouldn't quite be saying that just yet. We do have this amazing talent for shooting ourselves in the foot. :o

He was doing so much laughing and joking before he came on that I hope Arsenal would score to wipe the smirk off his face.

That's why I said Arguably most people who don't watch spurs week in week out only get the flash highlights but the top three players for spurs this season ar Bale, Dembele and Lennon.

Bale happens to be on a great run though in the last 3-4 weeks.

They could become a defunct holiday soon if we dont get our act together and spend some dosh. Van Persies goals coupled with Tottenham's implosion last season probably delayed this by 12 months. And now we will more than likely lose the revenue stream from no CL football next year making us further less appealing to join.

Spurs to be fair to them are putting a great side together. Both Lloris and Verthongen were picked up reasonably cheap while Wenger and the board were asleep at the wheel and they made us look an ass with Holtby. The high line we play with a slow ass like Mertesacker is madness and all the hard work undone by 2 howlers. We actually played ok but 2 mistakes and we are badly exposed.

Santi Cazorla has gone missing this winter. Put him up against top opposition and he is nowhere to be seen. Jack had a poor game also but thats the thing, players and in particular young players will have poor games but we have no one else to carry the can when that happens.

You dont need a billionaire in football. Spurs at least have a supporter with an actual interest in football who owns the club. We have men in business suits with cigars in their mouths that are too busy networking with the prawn sandwich brigade

We pay huge wages to crap players

Arsenal will have no issue with finding players willing to join

More importantly Dawson and Verts combined wages 75k a week

But im talking about the real top class players. Would Edison Cavani, Radamel Falcao for example or Mario Gotze be tempted in anyway to join a team in the Europa league?

Fair enough but we have never been in for big players and we probably never will be.

Arsenal not getting into the champions League is the perfect excuse not to spend money. Cant see us ever buying world class talent tbh
