Just spent 90 minutesz hiding behind the couch didn't even celebrate Bale or Lennons goals I knew it would be nerve racking and I was right.

Delighted with the win though Bale scoring at both ends didn't help!

Really hope that Dembele is ok for next week he's arguably our most important player he's only lost 3 games all season just one in the league against Everton when he came off in the 86th minute and we conceeded twice in injury time.

Really struck when the iron was hot and put it beyond the chasing pack today.

3rd place secured and interesting times at Spurs...transfer window will tell a lot about desire to stay amongst the big boys.

That's why I said Arguably most people who don't watch spurs week in week out only get the flash highlights but the top three players for spurs this season ar Bale, Dembele and Lennon.

Bale happens to be on a great run though in the last 3-4 weeks.

They could become a defunct holiday soon if we dont get our act together and spend some dosh. Van Persies goals coupled with Tottenham's implosion last season probably delayed this by 12 months. Santi Cazorla has gone missing this winter. Put him up against top opposition and he is nowhere to be seen. Jack had a poor game also but thats the thing, players and in particular young players will have poor games but we have no one else to carry the can when that happens.

You dont need a billionaire in football. Spurs at least have a supporter with an actual interest in football who owns the club. We have men in business suits with cigars in their mouths that are too busy networking with the prawn sandwich brigade

Fair enough but we have never been in for big players and we probably never will be.

Arsenal not getting into the champions League is the perfect excuse not to spend money. Cant see us ever buying world class talent tbh
