    I can get onto any other website but that one!

    Try another Browser (and plug in and out your modem) as it's working fine here.

    Opera is a class little browser.

    The only browser that I can view RTE Player on using Ad Block Plus in fact - Chrome, Firefox etc all have issues viewing it for some reason.

    I've Chrome for what it's worth ... Is it worth downloading another browser just to see this website, or is this the kind of problem that resolves itself pretty quickly?

    Can't do the turn on/switch off of the box as the other 3+ internet users in the house will skull me...

    Presumably, with so many people on the net at your place, the bandwidth is being used up. You'll probably have more sites than that one not load. If they're downloading things, especially so. Tell 'em to stop downloading stuff for a few and see if it is fixed then.
