I pre ordered Metal gear rising off their website and I am still waiting on it.I have tried to contact them via phone and email which were unsuccessful.

The phone number does'nt work anymore.
I ordered it on the 14th of Febuary.
I used an post.

Drop into one of their stores and ask.

ok well if you havnt got it by now their could be 1 of two things wrong
could of been out of stock so their waiting to get it restocked ( gamestop.ie order their stock from the uk ) or the post man brought it to the wrong address

bring your online receit to a gamestop store and explain what happened and that you cant get through to their website phone number
they will ring their department from the shop
never experienced this myself their normaly top notch when delievering

also you can track your order so go onto the website and track it
if it says delievered then someone else got it by mistake

I've heard of this happening a couple of times, I'd avoid
pre-ordering online in future if it can be avoided,
Just buy it in store on the day, They always have
loads and loads.

Spam them on Twitter and facebook, make sure your posts and visible and polite. They'll get on it quickly in order to protect their image.
