Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Setting Up Mail Client

    We have a company website and email.
    Im trying to set the mail client on my iphone but it keeps telling me my password is wrong. I know my password and I know its right because I can access the mail on the webpage using Horde, Roundcube or Squirrel Mail but none of these work well on iphone and I would also like to receive notifications of new mail.

    Could anyone offer any advice or assistance? Im completely stuck.

    This is from the page:

    Secure SSL/TLS Settings
    (Recommended)
    Username: [email]info@***********.ie[/email]
    Password: Use the email account’s password.
    Incoming Server: mail.dnsireland.com
    IMAP: Port 993
    POP3: Port 995
    Outgoing Server: mail.dnsireland.com
    SMTP: Port 465
    Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.

    Even when I use the auto setup for the windows mail on laptop its telling me password is wrong.....???
