Who would make these table legs for me?

Looking to get table legs made like this.
They would be approx 12 inches high. The type of wood doesn't matter too much as they will be painted, however I would take advice from someone who knows more than me
I am based in Kildare but work in Dublin, however don't mind paying postage if its any part of the country. If anyone knows where someone would turn these then please let me know
