Waterford Credit Union - atm card

I know they have two atm's, ardkeen s.c. and hole in the wall Parnell Street, but can the card be used in any of the banks atm's.

No they cant be used at bank atms, the credit union atm service has been cancelled so you cant use them anywhere now.
