    If I quote a post which contains a quote, the 2nd quote is not included in my reply.

    John posts:
    =======================================
    Some random argument about stuff.
    Dick wrote:
    Harry is a boat builder
    I agree with Dick's assessment
    =======================================

    If I quote John's post, it'll appear in my post as:
    John wrote:
    Some random argument about stuff.

    I agree with Dick's assessment

    But I would like it to appear in my post as:
    John wrote:
    Some random argument about stuff.
    Dick wrote:
    Harry is a boat builder
    I agree with Dick's assessment

    This functionality is enabled in PMs - could it be brought into regular posts?

    It'd make things quite messy surely in that you'd get a conversation of replies to replies to replies..

    There are some instances in which this would be useful, but it shouldn't be the default behaviour, either on the touch site or the main site. It makes sense in PMs, but not posts. It was one of the things about the touch site that I used to find very annoying.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
