    anyone going.. anyone have any idea of course.. hard to tell from video but cycle looks like it climbs ( even slightly is enough for me ) on the way out.. and obviously falls on the way back
    nice looking run thru the grounds of ashford castle as well..

    There's a climb in the swim but the bike and run are flat...

    I believe the climb is on the return leg. I'm assuming the course is the same as that used by Tri Lakes last year. That being the case there's a nice 1km hill to go down on the outward leg. It's more fun on the way back up :D

    BTW - there's no swim in a duathlon
