    well the snow doesnt stick, it just gets blown around the place and stuck into grooves of paths and tucked away into little corners of kerbs etc...

    Unlikely, but possible. Considering the strength of the wind, streamers appear to be travelling very quickly across the country.

    It's been very gusty here all day, had some very brief grupel earlier.

    When I was out the back garden smoking it was snowing, finished my ciggie and went out the front to see what the cars etc were like and NOTHING :-O not even a sizzle? Weird or what!

    Now 1.4c here, RH at 34% - DP is -13C!!! :O

    Clouds rolling in from the east but light snow has stopped.

    Showers over Eastern England are moving fairly rapidly and looking beefy, should be interesting to see what happens with the Irish Sea over the next few hours.

    That happens at my house - you would go out the back and It's pissing raining. Go out the front and there are broken clouds and sunshine. Another world. :o
