Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    make sure to use the UK version of the Debenhams website with a Parcel Motel address. Significant difference in price between the Irish and UK websites.

    Tried ordering from UK website with Parcel Motel address for delivery. Order was cancelled by Debenhams. Had to give Irish address for credit card and phone number. Possibly this was why, no specific reason given. Anyone know how to get around this? Sickens me seeing the extra mark up on Irish version of the website.

    I've ordered a couple of things recently (including a notification of despatch about two hours ago) with an Irish address, Irish credit card but a delivery address of Parcel Motel in the North.

    Are you sure that your billing address matches your credit card address?

    Yep, all correct. No probs using on other online sites. Use PM lots and no probs there either. Glad to hear you snook past their security net!!

    I've had the parcel motel problem too with debenhams, a generic email stating my order "failed internal security checks" but "we can't tell you why exactly". I ended up selecting delivery in store and getting my OH to collect it in Glasgow which they had no problems with even with an Irish billing address, very odd policy.
