Travel time: Ushers Quay to Sandyford

Hi, I have to travel from Ushers Quay to Heather Rd. in Sandyford next Wednesday @ approx 4pm. How long should that take and were I better go M50 or N81? Thanks for any advice, if its going to take to long it won't be worth my while hence my asking!
