Can anyone tell me what day the Irish Independent does have it's golf tips on?

It's either a Wednesday or Thursday. I followed it last year & he's on the ball.

Debated not backing this year but I'll give it a go til the Masters and see if I'm enjoying it.

This week I'll be backing Tim Clark in America and Charl Schwartzel in Europe. Both are 33/1.

It'll be ew singles every week and an ew double.

Best of luck this season to all who dare.

    Feel sorry for Kaymer fans.

    Feel sorry for Kaymer fans.

Shocking the amount of players over the last couple of years who are not getting the job done when in front.

It's hard to give any credit to a guy that shoots 7 or 8 under on the last day to win when the pressure is totally off.

It's making me miss Tiger more and more. Shows how good his mentality really was.

Not sure I can be bothered anymore when it seems so erratic. I'm really shocked at the amount of chokers.

I read somwhere else if you layed Kaymer and Schwartzel the last few weeks going into final round to lose tenner on each you be up about 280e now.

Its been something I have been monitoring for while is to lay a odds on favourite going into the last round of tournment no matter who it is.

Even the guys who get themselves into position just behind the leader can crumble.

This can happen on any of the 4 days once they are top, or close to top, of the leaderboard. And it's not just the journeymen pros that are doing it.

It's jaw dropping and embarrassing what pressure does to these guys.

I'm really like look of Finau. He really catches my eye as a player going places. Palmer record here made him a big player.

Guys. I've been restricted to two accounts for quite a while now but I've got a chance to open 2-3 more accounts.

Does anybody know which online bookies usually go best prices in golf ?

Matsuyama for me and no bet in dubai but rory wins if reading anything to go by the local journos saying he is destroying course in practice and nearly won the yaght in pro am for hole in 1

Just reading Rory has always finished in the 'top 10' since his first tournament win here in 2009. The odds reflect this at around only x4.0, short.
